About The Position

Pieper Veterinary is seeking Associate Veterinarians to join their growing team in Middletown, CT. The practice emphasizes a doctor-led, medicine-first approach and offers equity options to veterinarians. Pieper Veterinary operates an integrated system, collaborating with veterinarians and medical teams across various practice types to serve the community. They are also committed to education, offering internships and residencies, and partnering with Middlesex Community College for veterinary technology program clinical training. Founded in 1937 and owned by veterinarians, Pieper Veterinary has five primary care hospitals and one urgent care hospital in Connecticut, with additional partnerships in Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Maine, and Ohio. They aim to partner with privately-owned hospitals that share their commitment to quality, veterinarian-led medicine in the Northeast.

Requirements

Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent.
Licensed or eligible for licensure in Connecticut.
Strong medical and surgical skills.
Commitment to a doctor-led, medicine-first approach.
