About The Position

IndeVets is seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join their team in Little River, SC. This role offers a unique approach to veterinary medicine, prioritizing work-life balance and professional well-being. The role involves practicing across a network of trusted hospital partners, offering diverse clinical experience and the opportunity to gain exposure to surgery, dentistry, ER, or urgent care. IndeVets provides the consistency, benefits, and professional support of a full-time employer, eliminating shift chasing, income uncertainty, and last-minute schedule gaps. The practice model emphasizes clinical autonomy, focusing on patient care over production quotas, and offers support through dedicated medical leadership, mentorship, a collaborative community of veterinarians, and access to a veterinary social worker. Ongoing CE and professional development opportunities are also provided.
