About The Position

IndeVets is seeking a Part-Time Associate Veterinarian to join their team in Las Vegas, NV. This role offers a unique approach to veterinary medicine, prioritizing veterinarian wellbeing by providing sustainable career paths, control over schedules, guaranteed income, and hands-on support. As a part-time W-2 veterinarian working 1-3 days per week, you will earn a guaranteed salary with a schedule you control, built in advance by a dedicated scheduling coordinator. The role involves practicing across a variety of trusted hospital settings, gaining diverse clinical experience while maintaining the consistency, support, and stability of a single employer. IndeVets emphasizes clinical autonomy with a focus on patient care, not numbers, and provides dedicated medical leadership, mentorship, and a collaborative community. Requirements

• DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited program (or equivalent)
• Active license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA + controlled substance license (as applicable)
• 1+ year of clinical experience in a small animal setting
• Confidence practicing independently
• Strong communication and client relationship skills

Nice To Haves

• GP, ER, or urgent care experience
• Internship training

Responsibilities

• Practice medicine independently with clinical autonomy.
• Focus on patient care, not numbers.
• Gain diverse clinical experience across a variety of trusted hospital settings.
• Work 1-3 days per week, with a schedule controlled by the veterinarian.
• Utilize dedicated medical leadership and mentorship.
• Collaborate with a community of fellow veterinarians.
• Potentially pick up additional shifts for extra pay or PTO.
• Potentially include shifts in surgery, dentistry, ER, or urgent care when possible.
