About The Position

CityVet Virginia Beach is hiring an Associate Veterinarian to join a collaborative, doctor-led team. The practice is owned and operated by Dr. Erica Feiste, whose experience includes advanced emergency surgery and critical care. She is committed to mentorship and education and has taught surgery, anesthesia, and burnout-prevention courses. As a CityVet veterinarian, you will provide high-quality medical care to pets and build lasting relationships with their owners. The role is suited to a doctor interested in general practice and/or urgent care.

Compensation includes a guaranteed base salary with no earnings ceiling and production commission. Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent.
• Licensed to practice in Virginia or eligible for licensure.
• Collaborative spirit and commitment to exceptional patient care.
• Interest in general practice and/or urgent care medicine.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality medical care to pets.
