About The Position
Moyers Veterinary Hospital is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join its established small animal hospital in Morristown, Tennessee. The practice is known for friendly, knowledgeable care and a loyal client base. The veterinarian will provide general medical and surgical care and build lasting relationships with clients and patients as part of a team-focused practice. The hospital is well equipped with digital radiology, ultrasound, a surgical laser, and dental services, and offers room to practice quality medicine. The role is available on a full-time or part-time schedule. Hospital hours are weekdays, Monday through Friday, with weekends off. Compensation includes a competitive salary plus production, relocation assistance, and a full benefits package.
Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree, or equivalent, from an AVMA-accredited university.
- Active Tennessee veterinary license, or eligibility to obtain one.
- Current DEA license, or ability to obtain one upon hire.
- USDA accreditation, or ability to obtain it upon hire.
- Proficiency in general medicine and surgery.
- Strong clinical and surgical skills.
- Client-friendly communication style.
- Compassionate, team-oriented approach.
