About The Position

IndeVets is seeking a Part-Time Associate Veterinarian to join their team. This role offers a unique approach to veterinary medicine, prioritizing veterinarian well-being with flexible scheduling, guaranteed income, and hands-on support. As a part-time W-2 veterinarian working 1-3 days per week, you will have control over your schedule, with a dedicated coordinator building your schedule in advance. You will practice medicine across various trusted hospital settings, gaining diverse clinical experience while maintaining the stability of a single employer. The position emphasizes clinical autonomy with no production quotas or restrictive non-competes, focusing on patient care. Support systems include dedicated medical leadership, mentorship, a collaborative community of veterinarians, and access to a veterinary social worker. Requirements

• DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited program (or equivalent)
• Active license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA + controlled substance license (as applicable)
• 1+ year of clinical experience in a small animal setting
• Confidence practicing independently
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
