About The Position
IndeVets is seeking a Part-Time Associate Veterinarian to join their team in Lawrence, MA. This role offers a unique approach to veterinary medicine, prioritizing the well-being of veterinarians by replacing rigid contracts with sustainable career paths. The position allows veterinarians to control their schedule, work 1-3 days per week, and receive a guaranteed income with hands-on support and a trusted community. IndeVets handles scheduling, logistics, and coordination, allowing veterinarians to focus on practicing medicine. The role offers clinical autonomy with no production quotas or restrictive non-competes, and provides dedicated medical leadership, mentorship, and access to a veterinary social worker. Requirements
- DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited program (or equivalent)
- Active license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA + controlled substance license (as applicable)
- 1+ year of clinical experience in a small animal setting
- Confidence practicing independently
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
