About The Position

Animal Hospital of Montgomery is excited to add an Associate Veterinarian to their team. This position is located in Montgomery, Texas and the practice prides itself on its collaborative culture, integrating a variety of medical and surgical cases while supporting professional aspirations. This position is suitable for all experience levels. The practice is a multi-doctor small animal practice with an opportunity to see exotics. The DVM team has the same days off each week for planning purposes and enjoys 1.5-hour lunch breaks. The practice is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, including a cold/therapy laser. The location is an hour from Houston and College Station.

Requirements

DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA accredited college (or successful completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program)
Active license in good standing to practice in the state in which candidate will be employed (or the ability to obtain a license in that state)

Responsibilities

Serve patients and clients with a relationship-based approach
Collaborate and engage with the clinical team and leadership
Grow relationships within the practice and the Houston community
Encourage the growth of support staff members through our internal LevelUp training program
Manage a varying caseload, including surgeries and appointments during our open hours
