About The Position
IndeVets is seeking a Part-Time Associate Veterinarian to join our team. We offer a unique employment model designed to provide veterinarians with a sustainable career path, putting them in control of their schedule and guaranteeing their income. As a part-time W-2 veterinarian working 1-3 days per week, you will earn a guaranteed salary with a schedule you control. We handle scheduling, logistics, and coordination, allowing you to focus on practicing medicine. You will practice across a variety of trusted hospital settings, gaining diverse clinical experience while maintaining the consistency, support, and stability of a single employer. We offer clinical autonomy with a focus on patient care, not numbers, and provide dedicated medical leadership, mentorship, and a collaborative community. Additionally, access to a veterinary social worker and ongoing CE and professional development opportunities are available.
Requirements
- DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited program (or equivalent)
- Active license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA + controlled substance license (as applicable)
- 1+ year of clinical experience in a small animal setting
- Confidence practicing independently
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
Nice To Haves
- GP, ER, or urgent care experience
- Internship training
Responsibilities
- Practice medicine independently with a focus on patient care.

- Potentially include shifts in surgery, dentistry, ER, or urgent care when possible.
- Utilize clinical autonomy without production quotas or negative accrual.
