About The Position

DVM Focus is representing a well-established, growing small animal practice in Southern California’s Inland Empire seeking an Associate Veterinarian for either a full-time or part-time schedule. This is an excellent opportunity for a DVM who enjoys general practice, values strong team collaboration, and wants the flexibility to continue developing interests in areas such as surgery, dentistry, urgent care, and other clinical areas. You’ll join a supportive, collaborative environment where doctors are encouraged to contribute ideas and have meaningful input into patient care and practice culture. The practice offers a diverse caseload and the resources to continue developing your clinical skills while maintaining professional autonomy. Highlights include strong doctor and support-team collaboration, dedicated surgical and dental capabilities, modern diagnostic and clinical technology, a diverse general-practice caseload with some urgent-care exposure, opportunities to continue developing surgical and dental skills, additional clinical support for more complex cases, an established and growing clientele, and the potential for a future partnership/buy-in opportunity.

Requirements

  • DVM or VMD degree from an accredited institution
  • Active California veterinary license or eligibility for California licensure
  • Three or more years of small animal clinical experience (preferred, new graduates will be considered)
