Associate Veterinarian – General Practice

DVM Focus•Dallas, TX
•Onsite

About The Position

DVM Focus is recruiting an Associate Veterinarian for an established small animal practice in the Dallas–Fort Worth metro area. This opportunity offers a broad general practice caseload, experienced team support, mentorship, and room to continue developing your medical and surgical interests. Experienced veterinarians and newer DVMs are both encouraged to explore the opportunity. This opportunity gives you the breadth of general practice with a team and caseload that can support continued clinical growth. For a newer DVM, there is mentorship and the opportunity to build confidence across medicine and surgery. For an experienced veterinarian, there is room to bring established skills while continuing to expand professionally. The Dallas–Fort Worth area also gives you a wide range of living options, from city neighborhoods to quieter suburban communities, without limiting your career options to a smaller veterinary market. DVM Focus will walk you through the practice, schedule, compensation structure, team, and expectations before an introduction is made so you can decide whether the opportunity actually aligns with what you want.
