About The Position

MUFG is seeking an Associate for its growing Portfolio Management Group (PMG), providing credit coverage for Digital Infrastructure clients in the Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT) sector. Coverage includes investment-grade and non-investment-grade public and privately owned corporate borrowers, including commercial real estate borrowers that develop, own, and operate digital infrastructure. The Associate prepares detailed credit analyses for new business applications and ongoing reviews, evaluating corporate, regulatory, and industry risks; historical operating performance; operating cash flow and valuation projections; and borrower capital structures. The role also supports transaction prescreening, structured credit work, commercial real estate cash-flow modeling and property valuations, and communication and coordination across internal stakeholders. The selected colleague works at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and remotely one day per week.
