About The Position

As an Associate Experience Designer (UI/UX), you will participate in the design-thinking process and help create innovative mobile, tablet, and web products. You will connect design, business, and technology to deliver digital experiences for leading companies and global brands. The role includes working with design leads, conducting user research, developing information architecture and design materials, collaborating with developers, and learning the end-to-end project delivery process.

Requirements

Have a firm grasp of design fundamentals, demonstrated by a strong portfolio of digital projects.
Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and a keen eye for typography and visual hierarchy.
Have clear and effective communication skills for articulating design concepts and rationales.
Be proficient in Figma.
Have a positive attitude and a desire to grow within a collaborative teamwork environment.

Responsibilities

Work with design leads to create compelling interactive experiences.
Perform user research and develop information architecture, user goals, journey maps, wireframes, and visual interfaces.
Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect execution across project deliverables.
Work with strategy consultants to gain insights into clients’ business and project objectives.
Learn the end-to-end project delivery process and the associated design tools.
