About The Position
Treasury Management is responsible for the delivery, support, sales, implementation, and servicing of treasury management products and solutions. The Treasury Services Sales focus markets, structures, and delivers treasury products and services to clients by identifying needs and developing tailored solutions across foreign exchange, liquidity, and cash management. The role builds and manages client relationships and portfolios to drive revenue growth, coordinates with internal partners on solution delivery, and contributes to pricing and deal structuring in line with policy. Other duties may be assigned. This career level applies broad theoretical job knowledge typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. Work is closely supervised, problems are generally not difficult or complex, and the associate explains facts, policies, and practices related to the job area.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Typically requires 0–2+ years of prior experience, with a broad understanding of the field.
Responsibilities
- Market, sell, implement, and support treasury products and services.
- Manage client onboarding, service delivery, fulfillment, and operational support activities.
- Support payment, cash management, liquidity, reporting, digital banking, and related treasury solutions.
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure effective delivery and utilization of treasury services.
- Identify opportunities to improve client experience, operational efficiency, risk management, and business performance.
- Identify client needs and develop tailored solutions across foreign exchange, liquidity, and cash management.
- Build and manage client relationships and portfolios to drive revenue growth.
- Coordinate with internal partners on solution delivery.
- Contribute to pricing and deal structuring in line with policy.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
