Associate, Transactions Strategy
About The Position
The Associate, Transaction Strategy role is an integral part of the Centennial Yards team, an affiliate of CIM Group. This role is based in Atlanta, GA and will support the senior leadership team of Centennial Yards Company with evaluating and executing new business opportunities. The position offers exposure to various real estate sectors like multifamily, office, retail, and hospitality, as well as diverse transaction structures. Additionally, the role provides valuable exposure to other strategic investments such as private infrastructure, digital signage, and partnership/sponsorship sales. The environment is supportive and growth-oriented, allowing for exposure to a variety of projects.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in real estate development, finance, or capital markets
- Quantitative aptitude
- Excellent Excel financial modeling skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong understanding of the commercial real estate market
- Positive attitude
- Professional demeanor
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
- Demonstrated interest in learning about the Real Estate investment and development space

Responsibilities
- Support the senior leadership team of Centennial Yards Company with evaluating and executing new business opportunities
- Conduct data-driven research and market analysis
- Identify and communicate key risks and mitigants in professional format
