Opportunity Finance Network (OFN) seeks a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative individual to support the coordination and execution of training initiatives for mission-driven community lenders. This role will primarily support OFN’s cohort-based credit training programs, including the development, launch, and execution of a new mission-driven credit training program scheduled to launch in autumn 2026. The Associate will play a key role in supporting program logistics, participant experience, and content coordination for live and on-demand credit training offerings. This includes assisting with the creation, maintenance, and updating of on-demand training content via OFN’s Learning Management System (LMS) and other digital tools. Over time, this role will also support additional cohort-based learning programs, including an emerging leaders training program expected to launch in late 2026-early 2027 as part of a new CDFI Leadership Institute that will come online in Q4 2026. As part of OFN’s Development Services team, this role will also provide logistical, operational, and content support across a broader portfolio of practitioner-facing programs, as needed. This may include assisting with preparation and delivery of signature in-person events, supporting virtual peer learning communities, and contributing to content development for OFN’s practitioner resource library and related learning platforms. This position is ideal for someone interested in credit, lending, and professional development in a mission-driven context, and who enjoys operational execution, learning design support, and working behind the scenes to deliver high-quality training and learning experiences that strengthen the capacity of CDFIs and other mission-driven lenders.
