About The Position
The Assistant Director of Training Programs serves as a member of the Counseling Center’s leadership team and provides strategic oversight and operational leadership for all pre-degree training programs within the Center. In the absence of the Director of the Counseling Center, this position acts on behalf of the Senior Director within the executive chain of command.
Requirements
- Master's and 2+ years of relevant experience or Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience. Or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219.
- This role requires advanced clinical expertise, demonstrated leadership skills, and a sustained commitment to the development, supervision, and evaluation of pre-degree mental health professionals across multiple disciplines.
