About The Position

At Entitled Futures, we believe mental health services must address the full picture of community well-being. To support children, we must also support the adults in their lives. To help families thrive, we must also serve those impacted by justice involvement. Our mission is to disrupt cycles of trauma by offering accessible, culturally responsive care for children, adolescents, adults, and families—helping build an emotionally mature, resilient, and healthy community. We are seeking Associate Therapists (AMFT, ACSW, APCC) who are passionate about working with one or more of the following focus areas: Youth & Adolescents – Provide therapy to children and teens, supporting emotional resilience, identity development, and mental health within school and community settings. Adults & Parents/Caregivers – Work with adults, especially those raising or supporting children, to process trauma, stress, and intergenerational patterns that impact family well-being. Justice-Impacted Adults – Offer therapy and support for adults re-entering the community or impacted by the justice system, focusing on healing, resilience, and breaking cycles of trauma. Intersectional Focus – Some associates may want to bridge all three areas, working holistically across youth, caregivers, and justice-impacted adults.

Requirements

• Registered AMFT, ACSW, or APCC in California.
• Demonstrated interest or experience in at least one of the focus areas listed above.
• Commitment to equity, inclusion, and social justice in mental health.
• Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative, community-centered team.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy within your focus area(s).
• Conduct intake assessments, treatment planning, and progress notes in alignment with best practices.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and peers to integrate care across youth, adult, and family services.
• Participate in weekly individual and group supervision, case consultation, and ongoing training.
• Uphold culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approaches in all services.
