About The Position
West End Family Counseling Services is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish-English) Clinician to join our multidisciplinary behavioral health team. This position offers the opportunity to provide mental health services to children, adolescents, adults, and families in both clinic and community-based settings throughout West San Bernardino County. Requirements
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
- Eligible for licensure and/or registration as one of the following: LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, AMFT, ACSW, APCC
- Registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS).
- Strong clinical, documentation, and case management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Nice To Haves
- Experience providing counseling services to adults and families in mental health or community settings preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to determine treatment needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and establish measurable goals based on assessment findings.
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy services.
- Deliver rehabilitation and Activities of Daily Living (ADL) skill-building services.
- Provide case management and care coordination services.
- Complete all required clinical documentation within agency timelines and in compliance with Medi-Cal standards.
- Participate in treatment team meetings and other program activities.
- Perform additional program-related duties as assigned.
