This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to the design and development of our product lines, collaborating closely with the design team to bring innovative concepts to life.

Requirements

3-4 years of experience in a design role, preferably in home, textiles, or apparel.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; familiarity with building repeats and the basics of textile design techniques.
Strong understanding of textiles, pattern design, and color theory.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving and design development.

Responsibilities

Assist in the conceptualization and execution of new product designs, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and functional goals.
Develop new artworks for various products across categories.
Research materials, trends, and competitive products to inform the design process.
Create and maintain tech packs, ensuring accuracy in design specifications, material details, and construction notes.
Support size expansions and design iterations, ensuring consistency across product lines.
Partner with production teams to ensure design intent is upheld through sampling and manufacturing.
Prepare mood boards, color palettes, and design decks for internal presentations.
Assist in creating polished, presentation-ready materials for team meetings and product launches.
