About The Position

The Associate Territory Manager (ATM) is a field-based role combining sales and sales-support responsibilities. Working collaboratively with Territory Managers and under the direction of Regional Management, the ATM supports sales activities and territory management, including customer and administrative support and territory coverage. With strong performance and achievement of objectives, this position may provide a path to Territory Manager. The role focuses on persuading physicians and engaging, educating, and empowering support staff through individual discussions, group in-services, exhibits, and conferences. The ATM helps prescribing entities become self-sufficient in enrolling and using ZOLL Patient Management (ZPM), with particular attention to CDx products; additional strategic products may be added in the future. It may involve atypical hours, including evenings and weekends, based on customer or business needs, and travel by automobile, train, or airplane as needed. The at-plan compensation is $95,000, comprising a $70,000 base salary and commission under the company’s sales compensation plan. ZOLL directs applicants to its benefits website for details of its comprehensive benefits plans.
