About The Position

The Associate Territory Manager is a full-time, field-based role focused on supporting the growth and adoption of Aroa Biosurgery’s soft tissue repair portfolio in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This is a hands-on commercial and clinical role involving interaction with surgeons, clinicians, hospital teams, and other healthcare stakeholders. Responsibilities include supporting customer accounts through the sales and clinical process, covering operating room cases, providing follow-up patient care, conducting product in-servicing, managing inventory, and developing accounts. The role involves executing territory plans, building customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and maintaining a presence in key accounts. The Associate Territory Manager will also develop a strong understanding of Aroa’s products, the competitive landscape, and factors influencing purchasing decisions. This position offers an opportunity for career development in medical device sales, allowing for the building of commercial and clinical expertise while contributing to improved patient outcomes.

Requirements

  • Previous sales experience, ideally within medical device, healthcare, surgical products, or another business-to-business sales environment.
  • Experience or familiarity working within operating rooms, hospitals, outpatient clinics, or other clinical environments is strongly preferred.
  • A strong interest in medical device sales and enthusiasm for improving patient outcomes.
  • Ability to build credible, consultative relationships with surgeons, clinicians, hospital staff, supply chain stakeholders, and other customers.
  • Confidence working in clinical environments and supporting operating room cases, product applications, follow-up care, and customer education.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to learn technical and clinical concepts and communicate them effectively to different audiences.
  • A commercially minded and proactive approach, with the motivation to contribute to sales targets and territory growth.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities including case coverage, customer visits, inventory, and administrative responsibilities.
  • Ability to learn quickly and operate effectively in a fast-paced, field-based environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
  • Flexibility to travel within the territory and occasionally overnight for customer meetings, training, conferences, and company events.
