About The Position

As an Associate Service Repair Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the service and repair department is equipped to perform daily tasks. You will perform a trial run of equipment to ensure quality is in ready-to-use condition. You may also travel to customer locations.

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent required
• 1 year required of service and repair experience
• 1 year required of customer service experience
• Strong attention to detail required
• Ability to calibrate precise measurements
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods

Nice To Haves

• 2 years preferred of service and repair experience
• 2 years preferred of customer service experience
• Certificate or license in WHMIS, TDG or forklift operations preferred

Responsibilities

• Follow service and repair procedure log
• Enter rental and repair orders in distribution system
• Expedite orders and follow up with customers relating to service orders
• Conduct in-house or on-site DOP testing
• Conduct respiratory fit testing service either in-house or at customer’s site
