About The Position

Genius Road, LLC is looking for ambitious, organized individuals to assist us as we continue to grow and support our client base nationwide and globally! With our recent expansion and client success, we are adding more resources to our recruiting team. Genius Road specializes in technical, telecom and executive recruiting. We work with clients to build a road map and help them secure the best talent by taking the time to understand the right fit technically but also matching the right personalities with specific teams and the overall company culture. We provide staff for short-term projects (contracts/SOWs) and permanent solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
• 2-3+ years recruiting/sales experience or commissioned environment
• Solid computer skills (MS Office, MAC OS)
• Great attitude, a willingness to learn and a competitive spirit
• Consultative and professional sales/recruiting approach
• Strong work ethic
• Self-driven/motivated
• Great attitude
• Extremely detail-oriented
• Organized
• Thrive in an environment that has dedicated processes and a systematic approach to achieving success
