About The Position

Coordinate and monitor enterprise projects from initiation through delivery. Manage the full project lifecycle including planning, design, implementation, testing, and deployment. Serve as liaison between technical and non-technical departments to ensure all targets and requirements are met. Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget. This role involves cross-functional coordination, managing dependencies across multiple teams and workstreams, coordinating milestones and deliverables, and ensuring seamless integration across all areas of the enterprise initiative. It also includes risk management by identifying potential risks, developing mitigation strategies, and proactively addressing issues to minimize project impact. Stakeholder communication is key, requiring regular updates to senior leadership, key stakeholders, and other teams on program progress, challenges, and key decisions. Performance monitoring involves tracking project metrics such as schedule adherence, budget variance, and quality, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing necessary adjustments.

Requirements

  • Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, etc.)
  • Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with project management tools (MS Project, SharePoint, Jira/Confluence, etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent)
  • 0-2+ years of relevant experience.

  • 0-2+ years' experience in a role demonstrating strong technical, operational, and analytical skills.
