About The Position
The Associate Technical Designer supports the product development of private label apparel programs, working closely with Technical Designers. The role reports to the Technical Designer for Apparel and is hybrid, requiring work in the Exeter office 2–3 days per week. The opportunity is available to candidates residing in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Maine, or Vermont. Relocation assistance is not available.
Requirements
- 3 years of technical design experience.
- Understanding of apparel product specifications.
- Experience using web-based PLM systems.
- Knowledge of product specifications and flat sketching.
Responsibilities
- Produce accurate technical drawings and instructions.
- Support measuring samples and making construction comments.
- Communicate updates with vendors and factories.
- Review all photo samples and participate in fit sessions.
