We specialize in securing brand partnerships, licensing deals, media campaigns, and speaking engagements for our creators on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook. Visit us at famfluence.com We’re looking for a full-time Associate Talent Coordinator to join our fast-paced, fully remote team. This role is essential in helping track, organize, and execute brand partnerships for a curated roster of influencers. You’ll work closely with Talent Managers, creators, and brand partners to ensure campaigns run smoothly from start to finish.
Requirements

- A proactive problem-solver who enjoys checking tasks off your to-do list.
- Resourceful, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Deeply engaged in social media, creator trends, and digital storytelling.
- Able to work Eastern or Central time zones.
Responsibilities
- Support the Sales//Talent Management teams in executing brand campaigns for our roster.
- Collaborate directly with creators on concepts, timelines, and deliverables.
- Work closely with brand partners to ensure deadlines, guidelines, and expectations are met.
- Maintain clear organization of all campaign materials within internal systems and follow established processes for efficient execution.
- Ensure all deliverables move through the pipeline on time (content reviews, approvals, scheduling, etc.).
- Provide general administrative and operational support across the team as needed.
