About The Position

The Influencer & Community Marketing Coordinator helps Kammok + CLIQ build a community of creators who live for the outdoors—from trailheads to tailgates, beaches to backyards. This role supports our marketing team by identifying and managing outdoor creators, micro-influencers, and ambassadors, while helping turn real-life moments into scroll-stopping content. This role is equal parts community, content, and coordination. You will help us find the right creators, build relationships, keep programs organized, and package creator content so our team can use it across organic social, ecommerce, and paid performance. Requirements

  • Passion for the outdoors, travel, camping, or an active lifestyle
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
  • Familiarity with short-form video editing (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, etc.)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple moving pieces
  • Willingness to test, learn, iterate, and improve quickly

Nice To Haves

  • Experience participating in or managing ambassador/influencer programs
  • Familiarity with influencer metrics (engagement rate, reach, saves, CTR)
  • Photography/videography experience
  • Comfort sourcing creators and negotiating basic deliverables/usage (with support)

Responsibilities

  • Research and vet potential brand ambassadors, micro-influencers, and outdoor creators across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms
  • Assist with outreach, onboarding, and ongoing communication
  • Track deliverables, timelines, usage rights, and basic performance indicators
  • Maintain organized records of creators, agreements, rates, content libraries, and program status
  • Help ensure creators feel supported, appreciated, and aligned with Kammok + CLIQ brand values
  • Create and edit short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Stories) using creator footage and/or your own capture
  • Identify trends (formats, hooks, sounds) and translate them into on-brand content ideas
  • Support planning and scheduling social posts across Kammok + CLIQ channels
  • Assist with content capture during events, shoots, launches, and product moments (when applicable)
  • Write captions and post copy that sound authentic, outdoorsy, and on-brand
  • Review, organize, tag, and maintain incoming creator/ambassador content so it’s easy for the team to find and deploy
  • Flag top-performing content for organic use and identify strong candidates for paid creative testing
  • Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and is used according to usage agreements
  • Partner with Ecommerce/Marketing to make sure UGC is usable across PDPs, landing pages, emails, and ads
  • Engage with followers, ambassadors, and creators across platforms to help foster a strong, authentic outdoor community
  • Identify opportunities to highlight customer stories and creator spotlights
  • Help keep a pulse on community sentiment, questions, and trends and share insights with the team
