We are seeking an Associate Talent Acquisition Business Partner (TABP) who is ready to play a critical role in building the teams that power our mission. This role is designed for a strategic talent partner who thrives at the intersection of business partnership, talent strategy, and organizational impact. The entry-level TABP will own full life cycle recruiting supporting our Aeronautics sector. You’ll partner directly with hiring managers to build pipelines and hire high-quality technical talent and play a key role in shaping how we grow our workforce. This role will be co-located with one of our Aeronautics site locations. On‑site support will be required as business needs permit, and occasional travel as needed.
