Associate Supply Chain Specialist
About The Position
Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Associate Supply Chain Specialist to join our team in Hazelwood, MO. This role involves validating shop/supplier schedules, ensuring data accuracy in systems, developing solutions to complex problems, and performing Root Cause Analysis. The candidate will be a primary focal point for orders, briefing leadership on performance and delivery of transactional spare requirements. They will also assist in identifying and resolving supply chain constraints, discrepancies, and risks that impact on-time delivery and revenue capture, as well as monitoring performance metrics and taking mitigating actions.
Requirements
- 1+ years’ experience using strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- 1+ years’ experience with Microsoft Excel application using: formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets
- 1+ years’ experience working with cross-functional or cross-organizational teams to develop and implement plans, schedules, or solutions
- 1+ years experience in Supply Chain Management
- Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Responsibilities
- Validating shop/supplier schedules and ensure schedules are performing to plan
- Ensure data in systems accurately reflects current status
- Developing solutions to complex problems that are consistent with organizational objectives
- Perform Root Cause Analysis/end of month escapes analysis
- Serve as a primary focal and external spokesperson for their orders
- Brief leadership on major matters pertaining to the performance and delivery of their transactional spare requirements
- Assist in identification and resolution of supply chain management constraints, discrepancies, and risks that impact on-time delivery and revenue capture
- Assist in monitoring performance metrics, perform trend analysis and take mitigating action to meet performance objectives
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to ensure strong financial performance and on-time delivery of spares contracts
