About The Position

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Associate Supply Chain Specialist to join our team in Dallas, TX. This role involves managing and executing order management processes for the KC46 Tanker program, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment of orders through strict inventory availability controls. You will work closely with warehouse teams to oversee receiving, storage, and distribution activities, optimizing inventory accuracy and availability to meet program requirements. Effective coordination with internal cross-functional teams (program management, procurement, DCMA, logistics) and internal partners is crucial for tracking deliveries, identifying and mitigating risks or delays, and expediting shipments when necessary. The role requires utilizing advanced supply chain management systems and tools to track and maintain up-to-date order status and inventory availability.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience working in Supply Chain
• 1+ years of GOLD experience
• Microsoft office product experience
• 1+ year of experience interfacing with the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA)

Nice To Haves

• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
• 1+ years of BESSY experience
• 1+ years of warehousing experience
