Associate Supply Chain Specialist (Supply Chain Management)
About The Position
Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Associate Supply Chain Specialist to join our team in Dallas, TX. This role involves managing and executing order management processes for the KC46 Tanker program, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment of orders through strict inventory availability controls. The specialist will work closely with warehouse teams to oversee receiving, storage, and distribution activities, optimizing inventory accuracy and availability to meet program requirements. Effective coordination with internal cross-functional teams (program management, procurement, DCMA, logistics) and external partners is crucial for tracking deliveries, identifying and mitigating risks or delays, and expediting shipments. The role requires the utilization of advanced supply chain management systems and tools, and the tracking and maintenance of up-to-date order status and inventory availability.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience working in Supply Chain
- 1+ years of GOLD experience
- Microsoft office product experience
- 1+ year of interfacing with the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA)
- Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
