Your Role as an Associate Supervisor As a supervising clinician with Daybreak Health, you will: Provide Supervision to Associate-Level Therapists: Offer clinical supervision and guidance to associate-level therapists, ensuring they deliver high-quality, evidence-based teletherapy services to youth. Ensure Compliance and Ethical Practice: Monitor and ensure that supervisees adhere to all legal, ethical, and professional standards. Focus on Outcomes: Utilize our tools and resources to help supervisees track progress and adjust treatment plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for their clients. Maintain Supervisory Documentation: Keep accurate and timely records of supervision sessions using our secure EHR system.
