As a hands-on leader, our Warehouse Associate Supervisor is actively involved in all aspects of warehouse operations, leading a dedicated team responsible for key functions. Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in Warehouse environment
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Experience working with large ERP System (i.e., SAP, Oracle, etc.)
  • Lift up to 50 lbs
  • Stand, walk, bend, twist for up to 8 hours

  • Expertise in every function within the warehouse.
  • Ability to adapt to shifting order volume and complexity.
  • Proficiency in navigating WMS.
  • Partnership and insights for the creation of Torani Operation Procedures (TOPs).
  • Proficiency in resolving first-level technological and systems issues and troubleshooting before escalating to IT.
  • Comfortable working within Oracle, WMS, ADP, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Guiding, developing, and empowering your warehouse team.
  • Monitoring schedules and productivity.
  • Maintaining and ensuring accuracy in timekeeping records and policy administration.
  • Ensuring seamless order fulfillment.
  • Structuring and guiding the team’s daily, weekly, and monthly workflow.
  • Triage challenges when they arise.
  • Supporting short-term improvements and long-term projects.
  • Ensuring compliance with Torani Operation Procedures (TOPs).
  • Managing costs and customer satisfaction through first-time quality.
  • Building strong relationships with team, supervisors, and cross-functional partners.
  • Ensuring smooth shift-to-shift transitions.
  • Training team members on warehouse systems and equipment.
  • Resolving first-level technological and systems issues.
  • Recommending improvements to warehouse workflows.
  • Maintaining a safe and enjoyable work environment with zero safety incidents.
  • Reporting on safety concerns in KPI meetings.
  • Driving team success in food safety and personal safety.
  • Addressing and elevating safety concerns for resolution.
  • Leading with heart and making space for growth.
  • Caring deeply about the team and creating a positive work environment.
