The Associate, Strategic Operations supports the Vice President of Strategic Operations in driving data‑driven strategy development and execution for the Business Unit.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in strategic operations, strategy, consulting, finance, FP&A, or analytics.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of financial statements and key performance metrics (e.g., EBITDA, ROI)
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling, ROI analysis, and data‑driven decision support.
  • Experience supporting cross‑functional strategic initiatives and senior leadership.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including creation of executive‑ready presentations.
  • Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Drives organizational accountability by managing high-priority projects and building governance structures that keep critical initiatives moving forward.
  • Leads cross-functional projects on behalf of the VP and senior leadership, bringing structure and momentum to the organization's highest-visibility priorities.
  • Enables leadership effectiveness by managing meeting cadences, coordinating agendas, and ensuring materials for key reviews are polished and delivered on time.
  • Crafts clear, compelling presentations, memos, and one-pagers that communicate complex ideas to executive and leadership audiences with precision and impact.
  • Other duties as assigned.
