This role focuses on supporting daily operations within the respective area, with a specific emphasis on account coverage and assisting with new business opportunities within OnSite, including the implementation of new accounts. The position ensures uninterrupted customer service by providing account coverage and collaborates with Field Operations Regional Managers, Supervisors, and Strategic Operations leadership for operational planning and administration. It also involves providing feedback on the performance of OnSite Specialists and Team Leads, potentially assessing new hire competency, and supporting various projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the Strategic Operations Team. Key activities include supporting the execution of Scope of Work Analysis and the implementation of new customer accounts, ensuring effective surgical care through Stryker Endoscopy equipment, and troubleshooting/maintaining this equipment. The role requires building and maintaining strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including surgeons, patients, OR personnel, and hospital administration, while adhering to all company policies and codes of conduct. Communication of injuries, reportable occurrences, and performance feedback is also a responsibility.
