About The Position
Tribute is a private home care company that focuses on supporting its caregivers. They aim to create a close-knit community where caregivers feel valued and supported. The role involves working with clients in private homes and senior living communities across Chicago's northern and western suburbs, including Skokie, Glenview, Evanston, and River Forest. Visits typically range from 8 to 12 hours, including days or awake overnights. Caregivers will build long-term relationships with a consistent group of clients.
Requirements
- CNA, HHA, or professional caregiving experience
- Comfort with long visits, days or awake overnights
- Weekend availability of at least one day per week
- Reliable personal transportation
- Negative TB test
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities
- Provide care during visits ranging from 8 to 12 hours, including days or awake overnights.
- Work with clients in private homes and senior living communities across Chicago's northern and western suburbs.
- Build lasting relationships with a consistent group of clients over time.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, families, and the Tribute team.
- Be dependable and flexible with scheduling.
