Responsibilities

  • Lead and support S+O sessions on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, helping client teams organize and manage their product samples and materials.
  • Act as an onsite partner, providing hands-on assistance, directing the support squad, and documenting post-session metrics.
  • Collaborate with S+O Organizational Product Managers to ensure seamless execution of strategies.
  • Participate in team and client meetings, trainings, and consultations.
  • Ensure quality control and client satisfaction during support sessions and interactions.
  • Become an expert in end-of-lifecycle processes and train clients and support team members.
  • Contribute to the development of new and existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Perform accurate data entry tasks and manage email communication.
  • Prepare for sessions and deliver organizational supplies to clients as needed.
  • Undertake additional duties and special projects as assigned.
