About The Position

At Forwood, our mission is simple and powerful: eradicate workplace fatalities. We partner with leading organizations in high-risk industries to deliver Critical Risk Management solutions that improve safety outcomes globally. We’re seeking an early-career, client-facing Associate Solution Expert to drive implementation, configuration, migration, training, and adoption of Forwood solutions across Europe. This position suits someone with initial experience in SaaS delivery, technology projects, business analysis, Customer Success, or enterprise transformation who is eager for broader exposure, accelerated growth, and meaningful impact. At Forwood, you’ll work closely with experienced consultants, product specialists, and enterprise customers across the delivery lifecycle — from discovery and configuration through testing, training, go-live, and adoption. As your experience grows, you’ll take on more ownership, facilitate client sessions, and contribute to implementation and delivery improvements. You do not need to be a safety expert on day one. We’ll help you build knowledge of Forwood products, methodology, and client delivery practices.

Requirements

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to document business requirements, workflows, and follow-ups clearly
• Interest in SaaS platforms, implementation, testing, training, and adoption
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail
• Confidence working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Curiosity about SaaS, change management, client enablement, and operational improvement

Nice To Haves

• Experience or interest in safety, risk, compliance, mining, energy, construction, or heavy industry
• Exposure to Critical Risk Management or critical controls
• Experience delivering training or workshops
• Familiarity with CRM or Customer Success platforms
• Exposure to SaaS migrations, transformation programmes, or change initiatives
• Multilingual skills, especially Spanish, German, Italian, or other European languages

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding, implementation, configuration, migration, training, and adoption across Forwood solutions, including Critical Risk Management+, Risk+, Compliance+, Safety+, and Forwood One.
• Support discovery workshops and capture client requirements, workflows, risks, and success criteria.
• Assist with solution configuration, testing, validation, and documentation.
• Support training, go-live, hyper-care, and adoption activities.
• Help clients understand workflows, configuration options, and new ways of working.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and solution reviews as your experience grows.
• Manage client follow-ups and escalate risks or blockers where required.
• Support upgrade planning, testing, cutover, and go-live readiness.
• Translate business requirements into scalable configuration approaches.
• Capture client feedback, usability issues, and product improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to implementation templates, playbooks, and enablement content.
• Help improve onboarding, migration, and adoption processes.
