About The Position

Resource Innovations is seeking a proactive and self-motivated Associate Solution Delivery Consultant to join our growing team in the Northeast. The successful candidate will work remotely in the New Jersey area and have 10% or less local travel. As a Associate Solution Delivery Consultant with Resource Innovations, you will work in a dynamic environment contributing to utility-sponsored direct installation program that take advantage of energy efficiency opportunities in small business buildings. The Associate Solution Delivery Consultant will work closely with contractors to ensure that the customer in each project receives the support needed to move their project toward completion. In this role you will serve as the face of the program, developing strong relationships with both contractors and customers, monitoring the quality of the installation work, keeping projects on schedule, and maintaining program satisfaction for both the contractors and customers. Additionally, you will manage and promote customer engagement with building owners and service providers, being an instrumental part of the delivery and success of the program. Successful candidates will enjoy working in a challenging, fast-paced, and innovative environment, demonstrate interest and experience in energy efficiency, and have the right mix of technical ability, program expertise, and interpersonal skills to educate and inspire energy-savings actions. Requirements

  • BA or BS degree is required, preferably in Engineering, Business Management, Construction Management or a related field
  • 1-3 years of project coordination experience (internships included) or similar within the energy efficiency industry
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully coordinate multiple projects and work with technical staff
  • Ability to work in a cross functional team environment with extensive contact with clients and engineers
  • Ability to work autonomously and independent with little oversight
  • Excellent written/oral communication skills with the ability to present and analyze energy efficiency data to a multi-layered audience
  • Proficient in MS office suite
  • Maintain a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task while consistently meeting deadlines with accuracy and within budget
  • Interest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment.

Nice To Haves

  • BPI, PMP, or CEM certifications are a nice to have
  • Working knowledge and field knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus
  • Experience in financial analysis of various energy projects

Responsibilities

  • Manage contractors and direct installation energy efficiency projects.
  • Coordinate day-to-day aspects of projects including quality control of deliverables client communications, maintain project schedules, and utilize technical staff.
  • Promptly and accurately address customer concerns to assure problem resolution and promote long-term productive relationships.
  • Understand the organization and decision-making process in order to work with stakeholders in determining project eligibility, schedule and potential energy savings.
  • Manage on-time delivery of technical reports.
  • Commute to off-site locations for on-site inspections.
  • Analyze utility data to determine energy performance parameters and eligibility.
  • Review technical reports, cost estimates and energy saving calculations.
  • Other duties as assigned.
