The Engineering team at Garner tackles complex technical challenges for a critical mission, analyzing billions of medical records to rank healthcare providers nationwide. Requirements

• Recent graduate (Spring 2026) or currently enrolled student (expected graduation of Fall 2026 or Spring 2027), with a Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or a related STEM field
• Solid CS fundamentals with experience in front-end (JavaScript, React) or back-end (Python, Node.js) technologies
• Experience with a database system such as PostgreSQL or ElasticSearch
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Docker) is a plus
• Exposure to building with AI coding agents (we use Claude Code) is a plus
• A track record of shipping high-quality features through internships or personal projects
• Strong technical writing, analytical, and communication skills
