About The Position

The Tech Catalyst Engineer contributes to the design, development, testing, deployment, and support of technology solutions that address business and customer needs. As part of an Agile engineering team, the role applies modern engineering practices, cloud technologies, and emerging AI capabilities to deliver scalable applications and business solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Foundational knowledge of software development principles and programming concepts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice To Haves

• Exposure to cloud technologies, software development frameworks, APIs, AI/ML concepts, and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, implement, and support software applications and technology solutions.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle using Agile and modern engineering practices.
• Develop and maintain cloud-based applications, APIs, and other digital solutions.
• Apply AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies to improve development efficiency and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with product, data, design, and technology partners to deliver business value.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Continuously develop technical expertise and remain current on industry trends, technologies, and engineering practices.
