About The Position

As Assurance professionals at Barnes Dennig, we assist our clients in ensuring a higher level of financial reporting, providing a stronger, more secure lending and funding relationship allowing leverage to build their business and further their mission. We work daily to provide exceptional client service auditing client financials, their transactions and their internal controls, while executing audit procedures of risk assessment and the responsiveness of audit procedures reactive to those risks. As an Audit Manager, you will immediately begin building relationships with clients while overseeing the day-to-day operations of audit engagements. You will work closely to coach, develop, and grow Barnes Dennig team members in providing an independent viewpoint of client data as the team creates a robust picture of significant insights to the client. Requirements

  • 5+ years of Audit experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Master of Science in Accounting Degree
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification
  • Proven skillset as it relates to: Leadership, customer service, verbal and written communication, organization
  • Ability to interact with all levels inside and outside the organization
  • Ability to take initiative
  • Ability to anticipate problems and formulate resolutions
  • Ability to exercise good judgment/decision making
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Ability to work independently

Nice To Haves

  • Public accounting experience
  • Undergraduate degree in Accounting
