The Associate Software Engineer supports the Customer Assets Management Team by developing and maintaining solutions for Customer Asset Services and Southwest Bank that directly impact the Southwest Customer experience. They’ll design, write, test, document, and implement technically sound, well‑integrated applications that align with Customer requirements, organizational standards, and business objectives. They’ll partner with Engineers and Stakeholders to support cloud transformation, platform modernization, AI‑assisted development, and new revenue initiatives while helping deliver innovative solutions at scale. The Associate Software Engineer brings strong problem‑solving skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for learning to support reliable, efficient, and forward‑looking technology solutions. This role allows for voluntary remote work for the majority of your working time within the Dallas-Fort Worth area, with occasional on-site presence at our Corporate Campus for training, meetings, and business needs. This role may also require limited travel for business purposes. U.S. citizenship or current authorization to work in the U.S. required and no current or future work authorization sponsorship available.
