This role involves analyzing the client and investment management lifecycle, including client contracting and onboarding, portfolio management, trading, compliance, trade settlement, business operational workflows, and overall reporting platforms to design the best solutions. The position supports all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, application design, system development, testing, implementation, and production support. The Associate will create technical design documents to describe the planned solution and its upstream and downstream dependencies, and leverage and learn core technologies designed in-house to scale solutions. The work model is hybrid, with four days in the office and one day remote per week.
