Requirements

5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and architecture experience in large, complex organizations.
Proficiency in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Field Service Lightning (FSL) implementation and customization.
Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform's architecture, including its security model, data model, and governor limits.
Experience with system integration using tools and protocols like REST, SOAP, and middleware (MuleSoft preferred).

Nice To Haves

Salesforce Certifications: Platform Developer II, Service Cloud Consultant, Experience Cloud Consultant, and/or Field Service Consultant.
Familiarity with modern development tools and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Git, SFDX, Copado).

Responsibilities

Construct robust, scalable solutions on the Salesforce Platform, focusing on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service Lightning (FSL).
Implement and enhance advanced FSL functionalities, including complex scheduling and dispatching logic, work order automation, service console optimization, and custom mobile flows for field technicians.
Create highly interactive and performant user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC), adhering to best practices for accessibility and reusability.
Develop complex business logic using Apex classes, triggers, and asynchronous processing (Batch, Queueable, Schedulable Apex).
Champion Salesforce coding standards and best practices.
Implement resilient integrations between Salesforce and external systems (ERPs, proprietary tools) using REST/SOAP APIs.
Leverage integration platforms and tools like MuleSoft to ensure seamless, high-volume data synchronization and process orchestration across the enterprise.
