About The Position

Genesys is seeking a driven and highly organized Associate Shared Services Manager I to assist in multiple revenue generating activities within our Shared Services team. As a key partner to our sales and solution consulting teams, you will play a role in the editing and creation of buyer engagement videos, support translation around presales assets, managing projects (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, etc.), assist in, and ultimately, support sales in generating more revenue from new logo and existing business opportunities. You will assist our Shared Services team with creating high impact, client focused videos, RFPs, and assets that position Genesys as a market leader. Language knowledge in Portuguese, Spanish and English is key to success in this role. This role requires a balance of completing assigned tasks, project leadership, strategic thinking and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. You must be comfortable managing multiple initiatives under tight deadlines, often across regional teams and time zones.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Business, Management, a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 2-3+ years of experience managing projects and/or creating content in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Demonstrate strategic thinking, project management, and editorial skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing without authority.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Genesys Cloud products
  • Background in technology, customer experience, or contact center industries
  • Proficiency in Camtasia and Adobe products
  • Graphic design or visual storytelling capabilities are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Edit and help create buyer engagement videos that showcase Genesys Cloud
  • Deliver competitive, client-ready, localized assets
  • Own and manage the full RFP lifecycle, from kickoff to final submission
  • Collaborate with corporate, regional, and local stakeholders
  • Ensure all work meets customer requirements, internal standards, and brand guidelines
  • Edit and synthesize inputs from multiple contributors
  • Maintain and enhance content libraries, templates, and process documentation
