About The Position

Associate Scientist - ECEP Program Build our future together: At Regeneron, we use science and innovation to develop life-changing medicines for people with serious diseases. We are seeking highly motivated Associate Scientists to join Regeneron's Early Career Exploration Program (ECEP). This program is a full-time opportunity for former Regeneron interns graduating with a BS in Biology, Biochemistry, Biophysics, Chemistry, or a related field to find a full-time home at Regeneron post-graduation. The ECEP provides participants with the chance to explore multiple positions across Regeneron's Research & Pre-Clinical Development (R&D) function, all while building strong foundational knowledge in biotechnology. Participants will be placed in assignments 3–6 months in length, covering for colleagues on leave of absence, with opportunities to explore multiple R&D functions. The program runs for up to 2 years before participants are expected to find a permanent placement. This is intended to be a small cohort, aimed at building a strong entry-level talent pipeline for Regeneron R&D. Participants will have a centralized manager guiding them throughout their journey, providing advice, mentorship, and other developmental opportunities. We hope you are excited by the opportunity to work with numerous functional groups to develop innovative approaches for tackling some of the most challenging therapeutic discovery projects being pursued at Regeneron.
