Addition Therapeutics is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Scientist/Scientist to join its HIV Molecular and Cellular Biology team. The successful candidate will play an essential hands-on role in advancing our HIV CAR-T program. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the HIV-1 field preferably in the context of CAR-T cells. The successful candidate will be proficient in multiparameter flow cytometry, including intracellular cytokine staining and analysis. She/he will have experience with lentiviral vector production, transduction of primary T cells, and long-term coculture assays. The individual will work closely with scientists across multiple functional groups to generate, analyze, and integrate in vitro cellular efficacy and molecular readouts that support the advancement of the CAR-T program. She/he will be a highly collaborative, resourceful, and proactive scientist with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
