About The Position

Success Academy is a growing network of public charter schools dedicated to providing a rigorous, whole-child education. The Associate, SAT plays a crucial role in driving strong academic outcomes within the SAT program. This individual will support the design and implementation of a rigorous curriculum, ensuring high-quality materials are effectively used in schools. Responsibilities include creating curricular resources, providing training for school-based faculty and leaders, and continuously improving teacher practices in alignment with the organization's pedagogical values and the SAT program's vision. This role offers the opportunity to impact thousands of students across over 50 schools.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to invest, motivate, and hold others accountable
A growth mindset, with a strong belief in the value of feedback and a demonstrated ability to rapidly learn, adapt, and improve practice
An exceptional work ethic and the ability to think flexibly and collaboratively

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with the SAT
Comfort writing curriculum across math, reading, and grammar
Experience with test prep is preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

Design, revise, and execute a rigorous and coherent SAT curriculum aligned to a multi-year program vision.
Build and improve high-quality lesson materials, assessments, and instructional resources that reflect current best practices in SAT preparation and internal standards for excellence.
Support the development and facilitation of training for school-based faculty and leaders that focuses on driving student skills, test-taking strategy, and SAT performance.
Analyze implementation and student outcome data to identify gaps and drive targeted improvements to both curriculum and instruction.
